Abstract Submission Guidelines

Abstracts must be received before to be considered.
Abstract and poster content must be in English. Please proof- read your abstract prior to submission.
Limit your abstract to 500 words and do not include figures. Be sure to include: Abstract title, authors, purpose of your work, experimental approach and main results.
Poster size: Maximum dimensions are 4 feet high x 5 feet long. Please follow instructions on poster size. Posters that do not follow the size requirements will not fit posterboards.
Selected the best four abstract for a oral presentation. (if you is select, you are informed via email).
Selected abstracts will be designated with a poster number (via email). Be sure to display your poster in the allocated poster board

Please set-up your poster during the morning after the registration.
